Based in South Africa, Fable Arc was born from a shared passion for harnessing storytelling as a powerful tool for empowerment, education, and the preservation of cultural heritage. Story Oasis successfully attended the inaugural Ya Basadi Women in 4IR Training in 2022 sponsored by Tshimologong Digital Precinct and JP Morgan. Recognising a critical gap in narrative-centered
community development, Fable Arc was created to uplift marginalised voices and drive social transformation through innovative, technology-driven storytelling programmes.
The organisation emerged in response to a growing need to provide training, upskilling and support to socio-economically disadvantaged creatives and filmmakers, helping them access opportunities, develop their talents, and tell their stories by harnessing the power of technology.
